You can export Warranty Manager reports, as well as import reports from other programs.
Can I track my components with Warranty Manager?
Warranty Manager has component install and removal type functionalities built-in, but it’s not designed to track the actual component maintenance and servicing requirements.
Can I access Warranty Manager over a LAN or VPN?
Warranty Manager has multiuser capabilities built-in, like user access security and privileges for individuals or user groups.
Can I do reliability reports with Warranty Manager?
When it comes time to negotiate warranties with your supplier or manufacturer, you'll have the necessary firepower backing you up. All you do is select the part number and enter your fleet operating hours and Warranty Manager will do the rest. Here are some of the data elements generated by Warranty Manager:

My computer operating system is 64-bit. Will I have problems running Warranty Manager on my computer?
Warranty Manager is a 32-bit application, but is fully capable of running under the Windows 64-bit environment. The Microsoft Windows 64-bit operating system uses the WOW64 subsystem to run 32-bit applications. The WOW64 subsystem creates a 32-bit environment that provides the interface required to run 32-bit Windows applications.

Is Warranty Manager designed just for Helicopter operators?
Warranty Manager is optimized for both rotor-wing and fixed-wing operations. It took many years to design a data structure, which is compatible with both operation types. As a fixed-wing operator, you will be pleasantly surprised to see just how compatible Warranty Manager really is.
Is the initial Warranty Manager setup process difficult?
If you have basic computer skills, then setting up Warranty Manager for the first time will take less than 10-minutes.
Can I add labor to my warranty claims?
Warranty Manager not only gives you the ability to add labor to your claims, but you can breakdown your labor expense by task.
Can I add more than one part per warranty claim?
You can add as many additional parts to a single warranty claim as needed. For example, if your claim relates to major component work being performed in your shop, you can add all the parts to the warranty claim, which were required to make the component serviceable again.
