Getting Started

Request the Warranty Manager software using the Contact form, and then watch the tutorials listed below. If the tutorials go too quickly, you can pause the video playback, which will allow you the time to read the callouts.

Warranty Manager Download After receiving the user name and password from Aeroclaim, click download. After downloading the ZIP file, extract the setup file to a folder of your choice. Before installing Warranty Manager, make sure you have full administrator rights on your computer. If you receive the Windows UAC warning, click Yes and continue the Warranty Manager installation. If your operating system is Windows 64-bit, you might be required to run the setup program and the Warranty Manager application as administrator. Operator Information After installing Warranty Manager, this will be your first stop. Without entering your Operator Information, Warranty Manager won't function properly. Once you’ve completed the Operator Information, then enter yourself as the first Warranty Manager user by clicking the Submitters button. [Time: 00:31 - Size: 9MB] [Download]
Report Submitters Once you have added the Operator information and saved the record, you must add the Report Submitters. You will be the first Report Submitter. Your Login Identification will be your Warranty Manager user Login ID. Be sure to select yourself as the Primary User. Keep in mind, there can only be one Primary User. Report Entry The objective in this tutorial is to familiarize you with some of the basic Warranty Manager functionality. We’re going to create a new helicopter warranty claim, and then a spare part warranty claim. In these examples, you’ll learn how Warranty Manager can track new aircraft warranties, spare part warranties, the supplier claim status and how reliability data is gathered. One of the advanatges for using Warranty Manager, is the ability to run a report for parts that are close to the warranty expiration date.
